Note that you will not see the effects of these changes until the new update is pushed to the live template which will be done iteratively to prevent visual anomalies, hence the versioning system.

Theme 1.5 swatch.
- Version 1.5 has now been pushed.
- 21:43, 15 February 2009 (UTC). This version addresses complaints that the theme was too hard on the eyes and has been specially formulated to reduce optical strain even during periods of prolonged exposure, without needing to apply any external lubricant!

Theme 1.0 was not complete and there are still some 'bugs'. Please help find any that are not listed below.
- Some default templates such as those on the front page and image pages are now illegible.

If you have any suggestions for improvements to the theme, including any new colours that you think would work well then list these below.
- Heading and header links are too bright.
- Changed to body text colour.
- Visited links are a shade too dark.
- All links have been increased in brightness and/or decreased in saturation to ease eye strain (see new swatch).
- Image thumbnail border is a bit dim, could do with being a bit brighter.
- Change of plan: border removed, background darkened, padding increased.
- Contents list background is a shade too dark.
- Now it's a shade lighter.
- Contrast too low on tables.
- Changed table colours.
- Tweak plus/minus colours on recent changes page to better match theme strength and saturation.
- Done.

You should now be seeing the new colour scheme. Hopefully you like it. If not, you can simply go to your preferences and switch to a skin that you prefer. Classic skins should all still work because this skin has been designed with compatibility in mind. If they do not, post it as a bug here. --BBilge 01:21, 15 January 2009 (UTC)
