Used to add random Stats to certain clothes and Hair Accessories (outfits).
Mercenaries have a similar ability to change appearance using Mercenary Skins and apply stats to skins using Mercenary Skin Enhancement Stones.
How-To[]
Using an Atlas Outfit Stone is simple! Just have an enhanceable outfit in your inventory , right click on the Atlas Outfit Stone, and the Outfit Enhancement UI will appear! You do not need to have two of the same outfits to enhance, and once you click Add Stats, the system will work its magic! So just sit back and enjoy the extra stats on your clothing!
Locking Stats[]
There is a chance to have up to 3 enhanced stats on your outfit! When you first add stats to an outfit, it will only add 1, then 2 after a few tries and eventually all 3.
You may want to try for better stats, but not give up a desired enhancement you've already gotten. No worries! After you unlock more than 1 ability on your outfit or hat, you can Lock it to save it, while enhancing other stats. It costs 1 additional stone to lock each stat (most you can spend while enhancing are 4 stones) while enhancing the unlocked ones.
NOTE: Two of the same stats cannot stack. If you've saved a dexterity stat, and a new one comes up after locking stats, then that stat will not apply.

Use Outfit Extraction Stones to extract/reset Stats.
