Patriot

The Patriot (Washington) is a grade A Gun Mercenary.

The Patriot is a soldier and leader who fights for the causes of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. The powers of his conviction drive him to strike down the enemies of freedom wherever they lie and draw his allies together to stand as a unified force.

With his Battlefield Courage magic, the Patriot strengthens his fellow mercenaries and heightens the link between them. Used to fighting against insurmountable odds, the Patriot is able to draw upon his full power in the most dire of situations.

You can have up to 1 of this mercenary.

The Patriot was introduced in the Revolutionary War Patch.

Assessment[]

The Patriot is an excellent gun mercenary! In addition to doing excellent damage, he buffs your whole formation. He can increase allies' Attack Power and Defense and has a chance to decrease allies' Combo Count to prevent stuns.

The Patriot is among the most expensive (to obtain, upgrade and skill up) mercenaries.

You can recruit the Patriot by completing NPC General Washington's Old Glory quest line at level 150.
Patriot's Pistol is the Sealed Orb for summoning the Patriot mercenary. You can use it at Main Character level 100. You might find it on the Market.
He is sometimes available as an event reward.
He was also available as a reward from the Twisted Path of Glory (for 450 haunted essences) AO event dungeon held for the 7th anniversary of AO, along with skill books
